Beat the Odds is developed by Davis D AI Wiz (ENK), based in Trondheim, Norway. This policy explains what data the app handles — which, in short, is almost nothing.
None, by default. Beat the Odds does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data, usage analytics, device identifiers, advertising IDs, location data, or contact information. There are no third-party analytics SDKs, no tracking pixels, and no advertising networks integrated into the app.
All app data — settings, progress, prestige upgrades, saves — stays on your device.
Beat the Odds includes an optional online leaderboard. Submission is entirely voluntary — you can play the entire game without ever submitting a score.
If you choose to submit a score, the following is sent to our leaderboard server:
We do not collect your real name, email address, IP address for tracking purposes, device identifier, or any other personal information alongside your submission. You are free to enter any display name you like — including a pseudonym — and we encourage you not to use personally identifiable information.
Leaderboard entries are stored only as long as needed to display the leaderboard. You can request removal of any submission at any time by contacting us below.
Because Beat the Odds collects no personal data, it is suitable for users of all ages. The optional leaderboard does not collect any information that could identify a child.
